Running Fun Runs can be a little frustrating if your times are not improving. If you're running for enjoyment but still want to
improve along the way, you may need to include some quality interval training in your program.
You can follow training programs on your smart phone, or get them from the internet, but unless you've trained like this before
you won't really understand the intensity required and your performance won't improve.
Fix Your Body offers running training, or more precisely, run coaching to help you improve. I can be as prescriptive as you want -
either design your whole program or just the interval training sessions with a little added advice.
The free first assessment session applies here as well. Sessions consist of some core strengthening activities first, then an
interval training session on a nearby bike track. Apart from the sessions, advice on what running you should be doing outside my
sessions is supplied.
You can choose do just do one session per week, or two if you want quicker results.
Pricing is as for other PT sessions - once a week $70, twice a week $50 per session, three times a week $40 per session.
