Single sessions are the most
flexible way to organise your
personal training.

Before you book in for your first
session, we run a free fitness
assessment.  So make your first
booking online for an assessment
and we'll talk about what sort of
training you want to do.

After that, book in anytime you
wish.  On your 5th session the
price goes down for that and all
subsequent bookings
If you're just starting out and not
sure what to expect, but you want
to save some money, the five
session card is a good way to go.  

A five session card entitles you to
a free fitness assessment before
your first session, five 45 minute
PT sessions, and a free
assessment at the end of your five
sessions..

If you've done well and I've done
my job you'll book for more...
The most economical and
effective deal.  Ten sessions is
enough to really make a
difference and very competitive as
far as price is concerned.

A ten session card entitles you to
a free assessment before your
first assessment, an optional (but
recommended) free assessment
after five sessions, and a free
assessment after ten sessions,
plus of course the 10 x 45 minute
PT sessions.
$70 for one 45 minute session
for the first 4 bookings
$240 for five sessions
(that's $60 each session)
$550 for ten sessions
(that's $55 each session)
