Being involved directly in the development of the
current Victoria Police Fitness Testing Battery, I
am able to offer specialist advice in that area. Call
to make an enquiry, or just book in for a free fitness
assessment and we can discuss it then. You are
guaranteed to pass the VicPol tests if you follow
my training regimen, or you can have further
sessions free until you do.
At each assessment you complete a questionnaire
and then run through some fitness tests. We
discuss your personal goals and I write you a
program.
Then you book in for a session... Choose a single
session or a package that offers better pricing.

Single sessions are the most flexible way to organise your personal training.
Before you book in for your first session, we run a free fitness assessment. So make your first booking online for an assessment and we'll talk about what sort of training you want to do.
After that, book in anytime you wish. On your 5th session the price goes down for that and all subsequent bookings

If you're just starting out and not sure what to expect, but you want to save some money, the five session card is a good way to go.
A five session card entitles you to a free fitness assessment before your first session, five 45 minute PT sessions, and a free assessment at the end of your five sessions..

The most economical and effective deal. Ten sessions is enough to really make a difference and very competitive as far as price is concerned.
A ten session card entitles you to a free assessment before your first assessment, an optional (but recommended) free assessment after five sessions, and a free assessment after ten sessions, plus of course the 10 x 45 minute PT sessions.

Self Defence Fitness
Would you like to get fit and learn a little about how to
defend yourself at the same time?
As a self defence instructor for Victoria Police for over
eight years, I can provide you with enough practical
techniques to get out of trouble and at the same time
provide you with 45 minutes of hard work similar to a
personal training session.
The sessions work with you finding someone you would
like to do the sessions with and enrolling as a pair. You'll
do all your sessions together and you will be the only pair.
To get the maximum benefit out of the sessions they need
to be booked as a block of five. The first session will
involve some physical assessment similar to the boot
camp assessment, and then we get to it.
Self defence activities include strikes such as open hand,
elbow, knee, and kicks such as front kicks, round house
kicks, and defensive actions such as deflections,
defending from the ground, defending against knife attack
and the like.
As there are two of you, the cost is minimised. Sessions
are $40 each per 45 minute session - cheaper than
personal training - and you learn some things as well!!!
The sessions are able to be booked from January 2012.

Boot Camps
Exercising in a group helps motivation and makes you show up!
Commencing January small group (12 participant) boot camps
will be available.
The camps will be of six weeks duration with sessions twice per
week for $12 per session. Each session is of 45-55 minutes
duration and takes you through a range of activities from
boxing intervals, body weight circuits, running intervals, hill
sessions and other activities you will love (when you've finished
them!)! If you turn up to every session you will be fitter!
The sessions involve no ranting and yelling, just
encouragement - the attraction is the training in a group.
The venues are public areas, generally within walking distance
of my location...

Interval Training
I've been saying it for years, and now it's been
confirmed by more research...The quickest way to get fit
is with interval training. Read this article, and if you're

Corporate Self Defence Fitness Sessions
can help your workplace get motivated and influence team
building and working together whilst focusing on an intense
physical workout.
With eight years as a defensive tactics instructor for Victoria
Police you can be sure that what you learn will firstly be of
use to your group, but more importantly will help them work
as a co-ordinated team solving problems through physical
tasks.
A minimum of 10 participants is required to run the sessions
which may be one-off as part of a team building day, or
regular sessions.
I come to you, so an outdoor grassed area or indoor soft
flooring type area is required (about 3 square metres per
participant). Outdoors generally works best.
All equipment is supplied.

Remedial Massage from an accredited therapist. Choose from 45 minute remedial sessions of deep tissue massage, sports massage, pregnancy massage or indulge in a 90 minute remedial massage. Health insurance accredtied.

Exercise prescription from a qualified and experienced exercise physiologist. Treatment of muscular imbalances that cause injury recurrence, and strengthening of muscle groups as part of injury rehabilitation. Offered as part of a remedial massage. Health insurance accredited.
